Executive branch agencies order through eVA. All other Authorized Users may order through eVA, a Purchase Order (PO), or any order/payment charge or credit card. Specify preferred configurations, frequencies, features and functionality on your order.

Custom quotes and Statements of Work (SOW) for "System Orders" upon prior written approval of VITA under specific conditions. (See Mandatory Contractual Ts&Cs, page 1 of 15.)

Request for Quote (RFQ) process permitted for orders over $70,000, upon prior written approval of VITA. (See Mandatory Contractual Ts&Cs, page 2 of 15.)

Payment Terms: Net 30 days after receipt of invoice

Maintenance/Warranty: Minimum one-year warranty. Certain products include longer warranties. Extended warranties are also available.
